Reminds me of eating authentic black beans from our cuban friends in Florida. Thanks for sharing. I especially love them made in the pressure cooker. My family loves when I make these and I have lots of friends ask for the recipe.Bethhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16188234635562677764noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3250524883631422798.post-62045271208750691712013-04-10T08:56:58.765-07:002013-04-10T08:56:58.765-07:00Love your answer! We love the kamut pancakes. I've been wanting to go gluten free for awhile but I was unsure of how to eat with whole grains. So Thank you.Luciahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04835390012290141108noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3250524883631422798.post-47051458163463362272013-04-09T13:06:58.498-07:002013-04-09T13:06:58.498-07:00Hello, Thank you for the support. Don't worry to much about it. if you are using good quality pans and cooking with fresh veggies you should be fine. Sometimes we worry to much about the wrong things. You are probably doing better then you think. IF you are cooking with grains and eating fresh fruits and vegetables you are on the right track. Keep up the good work.
Chef Bradhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07830806209059367800noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3250524883631422798.post-1647278475672988452013-04-08T10:12:44.018-07:002013-04-08T10:12:44.018-07:00Chef Brad,
I LOVE your recipes! I LOVE this blog,...Chef Brad,

I LOVE your recipes! I LOVE this blog, I've already sent the link to so many of my friends. Thank you for sharing everything.

As a newly wed I was invited to a Relief Society activity, about 10 years ago, where you taught about grains. I have been using whole grains ever since.

I have a question, so I've been taught that when vegetables' are cooked too hot, it cooks the nutrients out of them. Is that true and if so, what about grains? I currently cook with Saladmaster pans and I'm wanting to get a pressure cooker, to utilize your recipes better, but I always have that worry at the back of my mind. What do you know about that?

Lucia Norris
davidnlucia@gmail.comLuciahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04835390012290141108noreply@blogger.com
